His work is focused on developing robust defense strategies, managing the technical execution of criminal proceedings, and providing constitutional analysis of criminal procedure, with a steadfast commitment to due process and the protection of individual rights within the justice system.
He possesses extensive experience in criminal risk assessment, preventive legal counsel, and the defense of constitutional guarantees.
Currently, he serves as a member of the Citizens' Observatory of the Querétaro State Attorney General's Office and is a published author of several books and academic articles on criminal justice and constitutional law.
